ADAM

ephemeral installation, Lugano (CH), 2022



During 2022 I had the chance to work with many underage asylum seekers in Switzerland. Kids coming from countries like Afghanistan, Somalia or Sudan. We met several times to create collages with paper, scissors and glue. After choosing one of them we asked Arte Urbana Lugano to give us a wall in Lugano (CH).

Adam is a an ephemeral paper artwork of six metres that we installed during the LongLake Lugano on July 27th at Via Foce 7.


On July 30th, with educator Margherita Rocchi and journalist Francesca Facchiano, we presented the whole creative process showing all the collages made by the kids. The public event took place at the Darsena of Parco Ciani in Lugano.
